David R. Hall

David R. Hall
President and Owner of the Hall & Hall Group, Inc.

David R. Hall, often referred to as Dave Sr., was born in Boston and moved to New Hampshire at the tender age of two weeks. Apart from this minor technically, he considers himself a native, having grown up in Amherst NH. He attended the Amherst/Milford high school, then went on to receive a BS from Yale in 1965 and an MS from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T. in 1967. From 1968 to 1971, Dave worked as an Assistant Professor of Industrial Engineering at Northeastern University in Boston. During that time he began his real estate career by building homes and developing land in Amherst.

In 1971 Dave entered real estate on a full time basis and included real estate brokerage in his business plan. A believer in southern New Hampshire real estate, he also began a long-term investment program. He still owns several properties that he developed in the early 70's.

Over the years, Dave has been a member of the National Association of Home Builders and the National Association of Realtors®, a President of the Nashua Board of Realtors® a national director of RELO, President of the Greater Boston RELO group and a director of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors®.

During this long career, Dave, through several different entities, has built homes ranging from 2,000 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. Over the years many land acquisitions were made. Some were developed immediately while others were banked for future use. This philosophy has resulted in a sizable inventory of land, in varying stages of development, which will insure that Hall & Hall has a large and varied selection of land for its customers and clients.
